SoftServe plans to invest more than $ 100 million over the next 5 years to build a modern campus in cooperation with an international architectural firm. Construction is expected to start in 2022. The campus will house SoftServe’s offices in Lviv and will also offer extensive facilities for work, recreation, talent development and events, all open to the public. Among other things, the campus will include SoftServe’s corporate university, conference and exhibition halls, apartments, kindergarten, high school and sports facilities. As well as being a creative workspace and a magnet for technological talent, SoftServe’s new campus will also serve as a historical symbol of contemporary Lviv.
“With development centers in seven cities, SoftServe is Ukraine’s second largest tech company,” said Oleh Denys, co-founder and board member of SoftServe. “We recently passed 10,000 associates worldwide, and 4,000 of them work in Lviv, the European headquarters of SoftServe, our largest development center. The new campus will not only give new life to an entire district of Lviv, but will also promote the city’s rise as a major educational and technological center in Ukraine and abroad.
