Furness joins the Legal & General Mortgage Club panel


The Furness Building Society product line includes up to 95% loan-to-value ratio with no credit check and affordability is tested based on actual rates rather than ONS.

The lender also handles complex cases including self-employed and short-term loans in England, Scotland and Wales.

Using income rather than ICRs, Furness also offers rental products, including regulated, family, and vacation rentals, allowing borrowers to occupy the property for 90 days a year, with AirBnB also factored in.
